My combination semms still work.
I wonder if I should add FORSKOLIN for adrenals and dopamine?
In the PSSD forum you said it is not for people with high cortisol, should I measure that before?

You can try it. It upregulates D2-receptors. So its good for a lot of things. If you have high Anxiety though, it might make it worse. Difficult to say.

I need your good know how again.
I'm a little confused about curcumin:
It seems to make things better, but I'm worried about the anti androgenic properties it has.
I have a rubbery skin on the penis, as I said, but it is minimal, but people with PFS report that there are not enough androgen receptors in the penis.
I'll summarize pro vs cons for me.

Per:
1. It increases stick oxide production
2. it modulates 5HT1
3. It improves something with cAMP (seriously, I have no desire to pick it out again)
4. It gave me rock hard erections and good libido before trazodone
5. It repairs neurons and promotes neurogenesis
6. It increases dopamine
7. It increases testosterone
8. It inhibits 5HT2
9. Last year my genital numbness from fluvoxamine healed (among other things) with curcumin

Cons:
1. It blocks androgen receptors
2. It increases serotonin

What do you mean? I have really realistic chances to recover, sometimes I feel like 80%, but I do not want to make things worse.

I stop curcumin today and continuine with Inositol, B-Vitamins, Zinc and Mangesium.

Curcumin is best paired WITH a strong androgen or androgen booster. So you can minimize anti-androgen impact while maximizing Total Testosterone boosting by inhibiting TNF-a; which Curcumin does.

I wanted to share my experience with inositol, B vitamins, zinc and mangensium. I also took forskolin.
The colors have become much more intense, I had a few libido windows where I really wanted sex. The skin on the scrotum is also a little better.
BUT I had to stop. Inositol made me so forgetful that I no longer knew what I had just been told. Or I stand at the traffic light and wait there, although it is green. The sperm is also watery again
How do I continue now? I have Moclobemide lying here and already taken two pills out of despair, but I have Angst to take it further.
I feel like I'm dulling, but there's definitely clarity, alertness and energy.
I have ordered lecithin and macuna puriens now. It contains some dopamine and choline and inositol.
I sign up for the gym next week.
Are there any other natural supplements that can help?
Especially the anhedonia makes me ready.
I lie most of the time in bed or sit on a chair and have no demands.
Before the pills, I was the most emotional, hottest adventurous guy.

I read lecithin could help sperm counts. Did you have obvious improvements in this and doing what?
Exercise will help if not exhaustive. Icariin I would try in higher doses. Mucuna also has histamine H1r activity. And not sure it's helpful. It even contains serotonin. ONe guy on reddit claimed shilajit helped his motivation. You may try mumiyo paste. You may try fish|fresh omega-3|flaxseed|hemp oil. Can help erection|depression.

My sperm and orgasm seems to be getting better with turmeric, but genital is more numb then.
I think it's androgens. On Propeciahelp I found the following:

"Guys, stay away from antidepressants. They all, except possibly for bupropion, reduce cellular androgen levels through induction of 3a-HSD. This is the same effect like inhibiting 5AR and leads to the same problems. You run a VERY high risk of worsening your problems with antidepressants and specifically with trazodone."

"Anyone have loose hanging excess scrotum skin? I assume its due to lack of androgens. Wondering if anyone else has this symptom."

Is there any evidence for this? I can't find anything about it on the internet.
But my scrotum skin seems to be totally superfluous. In the morning it is almost normal, during the day it gets worse and worse.
My penis root is completely numb and feels loose, it feels like a nerve/pelvic damage.
I think I got sick, it's physical, neurochemical and hormonal.
On Monday I have an appointment with a specialist who is also familiar with PFS. God be with me.

I seriously doubt that excess of allopregnanolone or androsterone or dht leads to these problems. It's rather accumulation of progesterone or dihydroprogesterone.

(this could also explain why ginkgo make me worse, it's a natural NRI)

It would fit with my symptoms and those of Jin and Faith (who have had very similar problems since trazodone), as well as the reduced amount of semen and the feeling of loose, numb penis / testicles.

Could it be that trazodone can cause such problems with too much norepinephrine at all, or does its alpha blocking effect cause an interaction with pelvic organs?
I found only evidence that the effect on noradrenaline is too weak for clinical relevance, also that at least not desensitized 5HT1, since it has 5HT1 agonism.
So I definitely do not see it as a "real" PSSD, but it's frustrating that I had such a pradaoxic effect on a drug that's actually considered to be "prosexual".

I hope the doctors will find something in the hospital.

There are tons of things and mechanisms considered prosexual. Norepinephrine too but in other aspects not. But your link, I will read it, looks interesting. When you wake up in the morning how often|strong do you feel an urgency to go to toilet compared to before this shit?

Ashwagandha, I tried for 2 months last spring. I think it lowers libido a little but improves skin sagging noticeably. For rhodiola - it seems to be serotonergic, I tried it before pssd quite a lot and only can say it improves clarity. Foxx mentioned it changed his libido for some days.
My current course is vit. E+pqq+propolis+milk thistle.
I must say pqq can give serious improvement in mood.
Propolis can offer rare properties for tissue restoration.
Milk thistle for skin and anxiety. You can find bad about it on propeciahelp, but good about erections on a 'testosterone' forum.

I also try to eat fish day after day. Omega3 definitely looks correctly. One of my inspirations was a message on a forum from a guy who tried ALA capsules from flaxseed regularly and it gave him hard erections and good mood.

I don't think there is ANY problem with Rhodiola; it seems effective both in increasing Serotonin and *healing* a Serotonin deficiency, and yet can downregulate 5-HT3 and upregulate 5-HT1A - so it should work for both states.

Skin sensitivity is a quite subjective thing, but is a highly wanted one. It also can improve appetite from research point. But if headache is from rhodiola, you wouldn't increase the dose.

Phenethylamine gave me a lot of random shivering even several days after last dose.

Some serotonin receptors are able to increase dopamine in the brain parts including those that control pleasure. For SJW, yes it can increase dopamine where we want, but probably we need another way.
