hi guys,
I take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year!
in the past I have been interested to strains called medical cannabis, the famous CBD-rich (for example see http://cbd-crew.org/ ), but I had never looked for information on how they were acting in the brain (I am not biochemist).
for those who do not know, the CBD is a non-psychoactive substance contained in cannabis. see http://www.leafscience.com/2014/02/23/5-must-know-facts-cannabidiol-cbd/
After a quick search I found these articles about 5HT1A autoreceptors:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21827451
https://atrium.lib.uoguelph.ca/xmlui/handle/10214/3166
https://books.google.ch/books?id=ZNIorLciZCoC&pg=PA262&lpg=PA262&dq=cbd+5ht1a+autoreceptor&source=bl&ots=t-xcoPn4ED&sig=-FyXWFdM7vY00Dwt1DXKVTsjeDY&hl=it&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjshuv1hZbKAhXFVywKHZXXCe0Q6AEIYjAH#v=onepage&q=cbd%205ht1a%20autoreceptor&f=false
https://books.google.ch/books?id=G-ecBAAAQBAJ&pg=PA150&lpg=PA150&dq=cbd+5ht1a+autoreceptor&source=bl&ots=r6avJsOgPJ&sig=JJ5xHSkk7_ZK7B8KzjXCNrer2C0&hl=it&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjL5r6UhpbKAhVLkSwKHV2EAP84ChDoAQgpMAE#v=onepage&q=cbd%205ht1a%20autoreceptor&f=false
so...CBD could be useful for those who have PSSD?
Recently a company in Switzerland is working on products CBD-rich ( http://cannaliz.ch/ ), for now make oils, cosmetics, dab wax and eliquids for electronic cigarettes. I'd be interested to eliquids and probably I will try to buy them these days. They market these products only in Switzerland, do not send abroad.
But there are other companies who market worldwide (for example see http://www.deltaliquids.com/ or write cbd eliquids in google)
what do you think?
greetings
